TLC’s mission
TLC strives to protect the environment by supporting a “green” culture through green products and initiatives to inspire everyone to care for and to help the less fortunate. The history TLC is the brainchild of its CEO, Julia Chong. Julia's dream of establishing a philanthropic company based on a corporate profit model became a reality in July 2006. TLC became Malaysia’s first socially responsible company to pledge 100% of the company's dividends to qualified registered charities. Where are they? Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Their products are available in most major supermarkets, and small to medium grocery shops across the country. Why do we like them? We like their approach in that even basic household goods can make a difference. Their motto: ‘Let your daily routine become an act of kindness’ maybe a bit kitsch for UK audiences but it makes us smile.
